Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Customer can request a return within 7 days from the date of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:
Customer can generate a return request from the return option in their orders section, or contact us for any further queries.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Hare Krishna Texpros does not accept returns for Crockery & Curtains Collections.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange Policy:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Right to Refuse Returns:
Hare Krishna Texpros reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria or appear to be fraudulent.
